In addition to the U.S. and Europe, we operate in the Caribbean and Central America through an
18 percent interest in a joint venture agreement with Central America Beverage Corporation.
The combined business produces and sells an expanded product portfolio in Puerto Rico, Jamaica,
Trinidad, Tobago, Barbados, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador and Nicaragua.
We also service the Bahamas through a local distribution agreement.
